Feedback...

Today, I do not know how to express my feelings. I and my team received feedback from my seniors. They are not just seniors they are good mentors and they always guide us through our growth. Whatever they gave it was all affecting me personally because there have been many chances or opportunities given to me to prove myself. But, I am still having long way to go… I sometime feel that being in this team for 3 years I did not even step one from what I was. I am feeling very depressed that I am not able to grow in my career. What is that it is stopping me? I should think in that perspective and has to come up with some solution. I have to prove to my team I am a potential resource and should prove my ownership in my work.

After a great struggle, finally I created my blog. I never thought that i will start a blog. Ok! from now onwards the people who read this blog will really find a tough time :). Bye!
